This notice explains what happens to your email address when you use the “Get notified” form on dizek.app. It covers this website only; the Dizek app will have its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible
Dizek is responsible for this data (the data controller). You can reach us at hello@dizek.app.
What we collect
- Your email address
- The language of the page you signed up on (English or Turkish)
- The date and time you signed up
We don’t ask for your name. The site has no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To email you when Dizek is available to download, and now and then with news about it, such as new features, instruments or pricing. We don’t send third-party advertising, and we don’t sell or share your address. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
We process it because you agreed to this when you submitted the form (your consent: GDPR Article 6(1)(a); explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1); consent to electronic messages under Turkish Law No. 6563). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is signing up. To do this, Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. It doesn’t use them for advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Where it is stored
Your address is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in Eastern Europe. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and processes the data on our behalf. Cloudflare is based in the United States and runs a global network, so your data may be processed outside Türkiye and the EU.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days of your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@dizek.app. We’ll reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, lang, and only when you use the EN/TR switch, to remember your language. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
